Despite our best efforts, prices, specifications, availability, promotions, freight charges, and delivery estimates are subject to change without notice.

Occasionally, errors in pricing, descriptions, specifications, or availability may occur. KBC Tools and Machinery, ULC reserves the right to correct any errors and to cancel, refuse, or revise orders affected by those errors.

Product photographs and images are general representations only and may include optional accessories, tooling, or configurations not included with the product.

Orders and Payment

Submission of an order does not constitute acceptance of the order.

All charges are processed in Canadian Dollars unless otherwise stated.

Customers are responsible for all applicable taxes, including GST, HST, PST, or QST, as well as shipping charges, and related costs where applicable.

If a payment processor or credit card issuer declines or reverses payment, KBC Tools and Machinery, ULC reserves the right to recover outstanding balances through lawful means.

Shipping and Delivery

Same-Day Shipping

Most in-stock orders ship the same business day.

Shipping times may vary based on:

  • Product availability
  • Carrier performance
  • Freight requirements
  • Weather conditions
  • Delivery destination

Machinery, oversized freight items, hazardous materials, and non-stock items may require additional processing time.

Customers may also arrange pickup at participating KBC Tools and Machinery, ULC branch locations.

Free Shipping

Orders over $449 may qualify for free standard shipping provided:

  • The order ships complete
  • The total shipment weight is under 50 lbs. 
  • The items qualify for the promotion
  • Oversized, hazardous, remote-area, and freight-restricted items are excluded

Additional exclusions and restrictions may apply.

Backorders

Most orders ship immediately; however, items temporarily out of stock may be placed on backorder for up to 90 days.

Backordered items are generally shipped via standard ground service once inventory becomes available.

Special Shipping Requests

KBC Tools and Machinery, ULC may accommodate special shipping arrangements, including collect shipments or expedited service, for an additional handling fee.

Delivery, Damage, and Freight Claims

Customers are responsible for inspecting shipments upon delivery.

If a shipment arrives damaged, incomplete, or missing:

  1. Notify the carrier immediately
  2. Retain all packaging materials
  3. Contact KBC Tools and Machinery, ULC within 5 days of delivery

For truck or freight shipments, any visible damage or shortages must be noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing.

Failure to document freight damage at delivery may limit or void claim eligibility.

Risk of loss and responsibility for goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier, subject to applicable law.

KBC Tools is not responsible for damage, delay, or loss caused by third-party freight carriers after shipment has left our facility.

Returns and Exchanges

Customer satisfaction is important to us.

Unused merchandise may be returned within 30 days of receipt provided that the product:

  • Is unused
  • Is in original packaging
  • Is undamaged
  • Is in resalable condition
  • Includes proof of purchase

A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) must be obtained before returning merchandise. 

Returns due to customer ordering error may be subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee.

KBC Tools and Machinery, ULC reserves the right to deny returns for products that are:

  • Used
  • Modified
  • Incomplete
  • Damaged
  • Special order items
  • Non-resalable

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection and approval.

Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable provincial consumer protection legislation.

Warranty and Product Use

Products sold by KBC Tools and Machinery, ULC are generally covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, where applicable.

Warranty coverage, duration, and limitations vary by manufacturer and product category.

Except where expressly stated in writing, KBC Tools and Machinery, ULC does not provide additional warranties beyond those provided by the manufacturer.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Proper installation
  • Safe operation
  • Routine maintenance
  • Compliance with all operating instructions and safety procedures

KBC Tools and Machinery, ULC shall not be responsible for damage, injury, or loss resulting from:

  • Misuse
  • Improper installation
  • Unauthorized modification
  • Failure to follow operating instructions
  • Negligent operation

Industrial tools and machinery can be dangerous if improperly used. Always follow manufacturer instructions and applicable workplace safety regulations.

Coupon Codes and Promotions

KBC Tools and Machinery, ULC works to make promotions available on as many products as possible; however, certain exclusions apply.

Coupon codes generally do not apply to:
