Uses the Same Simple Design of the Multi-Tool System!
Designed to counterbore holes for standard cap screws. Used in confined areas, plus more chip clearance. Using the same piloted holder, you can forward counterbore, back counterbore, and spotface. Just choose the appropriate blade for your application.
HIGH SPEED STEEL BLADES:
- Back counterbore.
- Back spotface.
- Resharpened & modified to special diameters & unusual hole configurations.
- Worn blades can be ground to smaller diameters and reused.
Application:
Step 1: Select appropriate pilot holder & blade for screw size needed.
Step 2: Insert blade into pilot holder & tighten the set screw. Frontward counterboring – Use clockwise direction.
